Commercial Companies - All "commercial companies" should provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance, a Hold Harmless Form, and a HEALTH PERMIT (if they are a food company).
Vendors selling homemade baked goods or food - "Cottage Food Operators Permit" and a Hold Harmless Form, but if they don't have that, they will need to fill out the Waiver of Liability/Hold Harmless Form
Vendors selling merchandise - (if not a commercial company) will need to fill out a Waiver of Liability/Hold Harmless Form.
